Harrison took top honors in the six-team field with a score of 35 points. Carroll was second at 55 and Western fourth with 85 oints.
Michael Marley was the top Western performer with a fifth-place finish at 17:08.
"We had 12 personal-best times," Western coach Dana Neer said. "Our goal was to see how much improvement in the last 10 days. Marley ran a spectacular race in finishing in the top seven."
Girls
Western topped the five-team field with a socre of 37 points. Carroll scored 148 points for fifth place.
Western Junior Annina Gruber covered the course in 15 minutes, 54 seconds to take top individual honors. Fellow WHS runners Anna Hurlock (16:05) and Megan Clearwaters (16:53) took second and seventh place, respectively.
"We had three girls in the top seven," Western coach Dana Neer said. "Clearwaters had her third fastest time ever."
