The Western Panthers came away with the team title with 30 points while Southwood was second at 44. White's was third at 73 and Tri-Central took fourth with 93.
Chris Sinnett of Taylor ran first, 30 seconds ahead of Western's Michael Marley. WHS runners Luke Minor and Trevor Mann took fourth and sixth repsectively. Jake Ritchie was ninth for the Trojans.
"Michael, Luke, and Treve all ran a controlled and disciplined race," WHS coach Dana Neer said.
"Moshe Rison ran tough even with a broken hand that occurred over the weekend."
Girls
Taylor's Danielle Glick ran to the meets individual title, but Weser took six of the top-10 places to cliam the team title with 18 points. Southwood was second with 41.
Annina Gruber and Anna Hurlock followed Glick with Tri-Central's Addie Rayl finishing fourth. Cassie Myer, Megan Clearwaters, Jessi Muehr and Becky Elliott took seventh through 10th.
Danielle did a great job. She ran a very solid race and right off the bat was very competitive," Western coach Dana Neer said of Glick. "She was focusing on this race. By the time we get to thte tournament, she'll be very competitive at that the state level.
"All of our girls are enjoying the season and the camaraderie of a purposeful and unified team. Cassie, Megan, Jessi and Becky are running well together."
